Thrive Natural Family Medicine- Sydney Palmer
These watercolor paintings emerged from my love of the glorious colors and quirky shapes of vegetables. Their unending variety never fails to bring cheer. I am a local (Phinney Ridge) artist, and these images are all giclée prints of my original watercolor paintings. The word giclée comes from French and means”squirt, spray.” Giclée printing uses a high-resolution digital image and archival inks to produce excellent, highly nuanced art prints without having to make multiple color screens It is one of the newest forms of print-making.

Oasis Art Gallery- “Beyond Limitations” Recycled metal sculptures and yard art by Chris Lemmen, mosaics by local artist Debbie McLaughlin, paper and acrylic montages by Kim Weers, black and white Holga photography by Mark Olwick, and photographs on canvas accompanied by haiku by Alex Strazzanti.

Irwin’s- Photographer Wyvern Aldinger

Dandelion Salon- Megan Key
“These paintings give you a look into my universe. In them I explore visions that spark when I practice yoga, meditate or am outside running. I use oil and acrylic to create a mix of colorful magical landscapes and sometimes creatures. My intention is that my paintings share this world with you, and I invite you to come see them and be inspired.”

Assistant League of Seattle Thrift Store- TV Tommy Vision
This “Outsider Artist” creates mixed media mosaic with images evoked from his fantasies, daydreams and nightmares.

RAIN Sushi- Matt Ballard
“Recent changes in my life and awareness have brought me to my current work with perception. My curiosity, appreciation and respect of animals has inspired me to create a series of paintings (virtually endless) of animal silhouettes surrounded by a plane of swirling colors representing one plane of perception, being emotion and growth. The words in several languages are a metaphor for how well we understand each other as a whole as well as the definitions of these words as we know them.”

Wally Pets – Photos by Peter Dudley. He is one of the owners and his black and white photos are of cats and birds that were taken on a recent trip to Istanbul, Turkey.

Not A Number- Regularly features local artists, especially in various types of locally-made greeting cards (local photography, poets, painters, graphic artists, even from Wallingford!).

Fresh Fitness and Dance- Artist Patti Peterson. We will also have a free Zumba party from 6:00- 7:00p.m!!

KeyBank – Jeanne Horsey
“Jeanne Horsey is a self-taught artist who developed her skills mostly by reading, observing, experimenting, and attending workshops. The raised line drawings that she did for blind students in her career as a special education materials specialist inspired her to try using heavy tin foil for Repousse drawing with acrylic. The raised dots you’ll see in her work are actually Braille dots done with a stylus.
Jeanne’s work includes large watercolors, repousse, note cards and repousse light switch covers. She continues to grow and expand in her use of both media.
She is a resident of University House and the mother of local renowned cartoonist Dave Horsey. Her works are exhibited at the University House Art Galas, and at the East Side and University Unitarian Church Galleries.
KeyBank will be serving refreshments and we will be open to display Ms. Horsey’s art from 6:00 to 9:00 PM.”

Blue Star is featuring Miguel Martinez pre hispanic artist.

KERF International Haili Chai Memorial Exhibition will occupy Kerf International Exhibits for the month of July and open for the July Art Walk. Ka’ Dunk
Music to soothe the savaged soul… so they say…Ka’ dunk is a Seattle based band that just started itself one day, spontaneously and organically, and then later pulled in its various, eclectic musicians to fulfill its visions. Collectively this group of musicians play in so many groups that it would silly to try to list here, and chances are are if you check out live music in Seattle, you have seen one or more of these musicians playing…some good music!
Think Zero 7 meets Radiohead meets SADE meets The Meters and Jackie Mittoo and Oh so relaxing…
